About Your Account:
■ The consignment rate is 50/50. We pay you in cash.
■ You can pick up your money monthly between the 5th and the 15th on items sold the previous month.
■ You have up to 12 months to pick up your money.
■ You are encouraged to make an inventory list of your items BEFORE you bring them in to be consigned. We do not have room for you to make your list at the store; you will forfeit your appointment and will have to reschedule if you arrive without your list. Our consignment software only keeps track of item sales, not item descriptions.
■ We will price your items according to the current rate of sales for a particular item. We do encourage information such as original price or the age of the item. You may attach a sticky note with this information.
■ Clothing and accessories are marked down to 50% off after 4-8 weeks (depending upon what time of month you brought your items in). Items are kept 30 days on sale at half price. After the 30 days clothing, shoes and handbags will be donated to charity.
■ You have the option to pick up your unsold items before they are donated to charity. Ask for the dates to come reclaim your items and mark your calendar. You will be responsible to locate and pull your items yourself.
■ Household items/home decor and some smaller items of furniture may be kept an additional 30-60 days marked at 50% off.
■ Larger furniture items will be a 50/50 split, but the markdown terms are different and these items will be located in our new space across the parking lot from our original/current store. You must deliver your furniture to our store by appointment. Call for details. Space is limted and there may be a wait list.
■ If we clean, press or repair your items, your split will decrease to 40%.
